Knee pain can occur due to various factors, and it is a very common problem in both young and old people, as well as athletes, and is usually associated with a lack of mobility. Many of the discomforts in the knee occur when we go up and down stairs or when we make movements that are not normal for movement.
In this video, our personal trainer Victor Tellez. teaches us to do an exercise that can help get rid of that annoying knee pain. It looks complicated, but it’s not. It is very important that you be consistent in its implementation and do it at least 3 times a week. You will see that you will reduce knee discomfort, unless there is a serious injury requiring treatment by a specialist in traumatology or physical therapy.
