Texas A&M University is presenting several free expert seminars for those interested in a career in medicine.
A student from the La Jolla school district is interested in a career and creates artificial arteries to help people with heart disease.
“My grandmother was recently admitted to the hospital with a blocked artery. In the future, she wants to research and develop treatments for people who need them,” says Jeremy Johnson, a student at the La Jolla School Department.
If interested, another free seminar will be held on August 11 from 13:00 to 16:00. It will be in the Texas A&M University Auditorium in the Three Lakes area of McAllen.
