If you like to experiment, be careful with the orange and carrot mixture. This juice, which many people like so much, increases the acidity of the stomach, causes reflux and affects the liver and kidney system.

Drinking warm water with lemon on an empty stomach helps to mobilize the bowels and go to the toilet, and orange juice also helps to avoid constipation in many cases. However, some people with a weak digestive system, especially a sluggish liver and gallbladder or gallstones, may not tolerate orange juice well and may experience nausea, gas, heaviness in the abdomen, pain in the right side, headache, or even colic.
